It’s Friday. Most of us get really excited about Fridays because it represents the end of the work week, and the beginning of the weekend. We tend to look forward to weekends because we see them as times of fun, not working and relaxation. However, what I have noticed many of us are so busy during the weekend with various tasks; cleaning your home, grocery shopping; washing vehicles; mowing lawns; fixing stuff; transporting the kids. We really do not allow ourselves time to relax, and recharge. Thus, I want to encourage everyone, including myself to take some time this weekend – to simply be; relax, recharge. Have a do nothing day or a few do nothing hours!
Take rest; a field that has rested gives a bountiful crop. Ovid
