It’s been a challenging week in the United States. Now unfortunately, Nice, France has experienced a terrorist attack. Please pray for the citizens of France, and those who are in Nice. Some may be feeling an increased level of stress, and anxiety, because of the many recent world events. So, today, take some time to perform this simple mindfulness activity. Listen to your favorite song and pay attention to how it makes you feel. What emotions arise? What memories come up, and how do those memories make you feel? Engage the emotions and see where they lead.
