Hope everyone had a great week! We continue on our quest to improve our mindfulness! Also, just want to remind everyone that you may struggle to stay focus, the first couple of times you do these mindfulness exercise. However, do not be discouraged. The more you do them, the better and easier it will get! So, the third mindfulness exercise that was used in the research that showed how mindfulness can improve your sleep and rest is called Body Scan. Enjoy, and have a great weekend!!!
EXERCISE #3 – Body Scan
The body scan can be performed while lying down, sitting, or in other postures. Perform 20-45 minutes, three to six days per week for four weeks.
