Good, Happy Friday!!
Often we consciously and unconsciously find ourselves in a rut of complaining throughout the day. We may do it verbally, with our thoughts, and/or body language. So today, I want to present a 24 hour challenge of no complaining. Your 24 hours starts, once you read this post. Every time you notice yourself complaining; instead find something positive to say or think about the situation or thing you are complaining about. Notice the change in your emotions and energy level when you change from complaining to appreciating the positive.
