We have entered into a new month. With this change, for the month of March we will be focusing on fear. Specifically, moving towards identifying and being able to overcome our fears. So today, let’s start by defining fear. Webster defines fear as “to be afraid of, expect with alarm.” Although fear is normally thought of as a “negative emotion.” It, like all emotions have a purpose. It can alert you to something, someone or some situation you should avoid. It can be a warning signal helping us to stay safe. However, fear becomes problematic when it paralyzes us, and hinders us from pursuing, doing, and being. So this is the aspect of fear that we will focus on for the month of March.
