We continue our journey today in facing our fears and overcoming those unhealthy fears. Wednesday, I gave a few steps to complete in this process. If you missed that take a moment to read it. Today, we will take the next step. Today, take time to rank the truthfulness of the common beliefs/themes that keep your unhealthy fears alive. On a scale of 1 to 10, how true are these themes/beliefs? 10 being absolutely true to 1 being completely false. Do this by deciding how much evidence is there to support the beliefs/themes that strengthen your fears and keep them active. Take some time today and over the weekend to mediate on your results. How many of your fears really are supported by evidence? How much evidence is there to support the beliefs/themes that keep those thoughts alive?
