I hope everyone had a great weekend!! This past weekend I attended my 30th college class reunion, at Stanford University. Yes, I could hardly believe that 30 years ago. I graduated from undergrad. It was a great time reconnecting with the three special women who I met there, became the closest of friends, and greatest supporters. It was great sharing, laughing until our sides hurt, and looking at old photos that could serve as blackmail items, for each of us. Often we are told not to spend too much time looking at the past because it is not healthy and can keep you from moving forward. However, this weekend we spent our time reminiscing and revisiting so many happenings and things we did. It was very refreshing and I was so thankful for the time we spent together. As I reflected; I asked myself what about this revisiting of the past, made it so refreshing, so healing and special? I believe the difference was that we were not wishing we could change it, nor longing to go back to it. We were able to identify some things we could have done better. However, it was just a good time of sharing so many memories and looking forward to create new ones. Thank you Sandi, Tangee & Steph. AKA “The Crew”-Love you all!!!
