Marvelous Magnificent Monday!!!

Many of us in the U.S. spent the weekend watching the March Madness basketball tournament. Hopefully, your team won. We are over halfway through the month of March and our focus on unhealthy fears. The steps we have highlighted to overcome our unhealthy fear; thus far are:

*Defining unhealthy fear   *Identifying/Acknowledging our unhealthy fears   *Considering the evidence for/against our unhealthy fears   *Ranking your unhealthy fears   *Developing replacement thoughts that counter the thoughts associated with the unhealthy fears  *Focusing on the present  *Practicing Gratitude
