As you head out today, I want everyone to ask themselves this question “What do you believe you deserve?” I was reminded of a very familiar quote – We don’t get what we want. But we get what we believe we deserve. However, the battle in our mind leads us to stop being certain of what we deserve. This battle consists of thoughts, fears, insecurities, and dismay. As so many of us are realizing, this is the greatest battle we face against moving forward, achieving our dreams, and simply trying to survive difficult times. One simply way of winning this battle is improving your mindfulness. So keep practicing the various mindfulness exercises that have been shared; so you can begin to truly be certain of what you deserve.
