Today I want to focus on patience. It seems to be a lost art in modern times. I, like so many others often find myself always in a hurry, rushing from this task to the next. Always trying to make things happen faster. Yet, as I was thinking about today’s blog. I was reminded about the value of patience. Patience is defined as the ability to remain calm and not become annoyed when waiting for a long time, or dealing with problems or difficult people. All of us have something we are waiting on; and hoping will happen soon. But in this time of waiting are we being patient or tolerant? When we are tolerant we accept such times of waiting, but it is usually with much irritation and frustration. So today lets practice being patient, while we wait. It leads to peace, a sense of well-being, and better physical health.
