Happy Wow Wednesday!

The thought for today is Ignore the Chatter. Maybe you are in the midst of pursuing a dream, life-long goal or just making a needed change. Often during these times there will be external and internal chatter. External chatter will come from all the folks who do not really understand you nor the reason for your actions and desires. Internal chatter is your own self-doubt and criticism; usually driven by fear. If you are going to move forward; you must learn to ignore the chatter! Sometimes, it’s not easy but it’s necessary. Develop one or two encouraging statements that you can repeat to yourself. Let this be your mantra.

Why spend time criticizing yourself? There are enough folks in the world who will do it for you. It’s okay to be kind to yourself!
