Wonderful WOW Wednesday!
On Monday, I asked everyone to take an inventory of their successes and whether or not they have resulted in imbalance. Today, I want to focus on our failures. Failure like success can lead use to become imbalance in our self-perceptions, self-worth, view of others, and overall view of life. So today, as we pursue balance – ask yourself the question. Has the failures in my life caused me to be imbalance? If so, how? Am I overly critical of myself, pessimistic, consumed by fear, distrustful of others, or view the world as a harsh, ugly place? What do I need to begin to do differently to begin to regain balance?
When one thought, emotion, or belief dominant our being to the point we cannot nor will not consider an alternate perspective. It is usually a sign of imbalance.
