Wonderful Wow Wednesday!

Hope you are already having a great start, to a great day!  On Monday, I encouraged everyone to identify the healthy and unhealthy fears in their life. Today, we are going to take the next two steps towards overcoming your unhealthy fears. Often our unhealthy fears tend to cluster in certain areas of our life: family, love, home, work, career, health, etc. Today, take a moment to determine which common area(s) most of your fears are clustering around.

Next, often there are common theme(s), belief(s) that run through each of the fears, which they cluster around; which helps to keep them alive and present in your life. Next, identify, which common theme(s) or belief(s) associate with your unhealthy fears.

Make sure you write down, record your responses to these two steps. On Friday we will take the next step using these responses.
