Happy Wow Wednesday!
Hopefully, you are starting today with less fear than when this month began. Today, I wanted to share two more steps for overcoming fear; Prayer and Therapy. If you do not consider yourself a religious person, then try Meditation. Just make sure the focus of your meditation is positive. Concerning therapy, make sure you select a therapist that feels like a good fit for you. As one of my colleagues often states; Therapist are like shoes. You need to find one that fits.
