We have 3 days left to conquer our fears. Today, I want to share a final step in overcoming your unhealthy fears. Ask yourself the question – “What is the worst thing that can happen – if your fear came true? Typically, the outcome is not as bad as you think. And to our amazement, we already have the solution/plan; how we would manage the situation. This exercise is really about allowing yourself to feel the fear and then move pass it.
