Michelle Howard

Michelle Howard was born and raised in the Bronx New York. After obtaining her BA in Business Management she and her daughter moved to Virginia Beach VA in 1999. In 2010 she decided to go back to school and received her Masters in Professional Clinical Counseling in 2013. In 2015 she produced a documentary on male molestation that aired on Its Life Changing with Dr. Carletta Perry. She is an entrepreneur and a published author. Michelle believes that we are here to serve, “It is our responsibility to encourage, empower, enlighten, and inspire every day in every way, so that we can all live rich full healthy fulfilling lives. Michelle still lives in Virginia Beach and continues to be a positive asset to the community by developing Life Skills Workshops, Living Will Workshops for seniors and Poetry self-esteem building Workshops for teens.

Ms. Sharon Gardner

Educational Consultant: Ms. Gardner has over 25+ years of working in public education with the Norfolk and City of Virginia Beach Public School systems. In this capacity Ms. Gardner has led in the areas of educational construct, curriculum development administrative/legal compliance, with a specialty of working in and coordinating special education programming. Ms. Gardner is currently pursuing a Doctorate of Education, Special Education) from Regent University located in Virginia Beach, VA. She holds a Master of Science in Special Education from Old Dominion University in Norfolk Virginia and a B. S. in Special Education from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, VA.

Ms. Cynthia “Cathy” Clay, M.A., NCC

Cynthia, “Cathy” Clay holds a Masters Degree in Counseling from South University and over five years of professional experience in direct counseling with individuals, families and groups. Cathy is a strong advocate for children and since 2014 she has been appointed as a Court Advocate Special Advocate (CASA) volunteer where she helps communicate to the court system “the child’s needs” and monitors the courts plan. She provides psychological testing, educational planning and a host of practiced based administrative services that ensures RPS clients are provided with exceptional services. Cathy is certified as a National Certified Counselor (NCC) the national licensing credential for the counseling industry.
